Coffee Filter

Coffee Filter is a tool for brewing coffee that is usually made of disposable paper. There are also filters made of stainless steel which are used to prepare Indian filter coffee, a kind of coffee widespread in India.
Paper filters are designed for removing oliy particles which are called diterpenes. These organic compounds, present in unfiltered coffee, could be the cause of coronary heart disease. Other materials are not able to remove these components.
