1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship packages within 2 business days after placement. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Our Standard Ground Shipping takes 5 days on average since the moment we ship your order.

2. I had a cup of Douwe Egberts in a restaurant and I liked that coffee so much. What coffee should I choose from your selection that would be same as the restaurants one?

Restaurants use liquid coffee (coffee concentrate) that is diluted in special commercial coffee makers. There is no coffee like this in the retail variety. We suggest trying the Real Coffee series but we cannot guarantee same taste as the restaurant coffee has.

3. Can I track my package?

Yes, the tracking number will be available after your package is shipped. You'll be able to check it using our online facility for Order Status lookup or you can request it by email anytime!

4. How do you ship?

We offer Ground Shipping on most orders in the continental US and airmail for Alaska and Hawaii. We will use for this type of shipping USPS, UPS, FedEx or a common carrier. We will make decision which shipping method to choose depending on destination and quantities ordered. 5. Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No minimum or maximum orders.But there is a maximum order limitation that depends on the weight of products purchased - 10 kg.

6. I do not want to place my order online. Are there any other options?

Sure. We can accept orders by fax. Print the Order Form, complete it and send to our toll free fax: 888-484-9631. Orders sent by fax are processed and shipped within 2 business days, same as those placed online.

7. How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by PayPal.

8. I'm concerned about privacy and security...

We use SSL standard, which is one of the most up-to-date methods currently used to secure communication over the Internet. Thus we guarantee secure transactions for online orders. As for privacy, we do not share any of your personal information with a third party. Ordering with us is 100% safe.

We are costantly inspecting our assortment to make sure that you get only the freshest and the tastiest coffee from us.

10. How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please inform us of that immediately. After your order has been approved, no changes/cancelations can be made.

11. Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns for orders with the following issues: wrong product/coffee grind received, distinctive difference in flavor and taste of our gourmet coffee after ordering it at least 5 times before, product damaged while transit, manufacturers' defects.
