Shipping
  • We ship to the United States via USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Common Carrier, depending on the products and quantities ordered. We normally process, pack and deliver your purchases to the Shipping Office within two business days (usually on the next business day). Some products may take longer to ship depending on the availability at our warehouse.
  • We do not do overnight or express shipping.
  • We cannot be responsible for timing or delays related to carrier. Therefore, lateness related to carrier services cannot be a case for full refund of your order. We will not return money if delivery problems occurred after we sent the package. The exception is lost packages and damaged content of the package. Please notify us within 30 days after your order was shipped about missing delivery.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are weekend days; there is no processing of orders on these days. Our shipping vendors are on a similar schedule.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
  • We use Ground Shipping for most packages - we will ship any order to anywhere in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii require Air mail.
  • Our shipping fees start from $ 6.99 and are calculated based on the state you are ordering to, total weight and warehouse we will ship your product from. Since we use several warehouses located in several states, if your order contains products from different warehouses, it will be sent in more than one parcel. That may increase your shipping fee, unless product is marked "Free Shipping".
  • We will decide on what shipping method to use.
  • You can order unlimited quantities of coffee, tea or accessories.
  • Return policies
  • Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery or relocating. Damages and shortages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • We accept returns in the following cases:
    - You received any product other than what you ordered.  
    - You received any grind of coffee other than what you ordered.
    - You received someone else's product.
    - You have ordered the coffee/tea in question more than 5 times and notice a distinctive difference in flavor and taste.
    - Product was damaged during shipment.
    - Manufacturers' defects in equipment
  • If any of the above issues arises, please notify us within a week after order receipt. We accept returns within 30 days from purchase day. Items must be unopened and in original condition including all original packaging materials. There is no refund on return expenses.
  • If the items have been damaged or destroyed due to shipping, please return them; we will refund the shipping cost. However it is required that you retain the original shipping packaging and label to file a claim with the carrier. The damaged items will be resent to you or we will refund your payment.
  • PLEASE EMAIL US FOR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO SENDING ITEMS BACK.
  • If your package is returned for such reason as UNCLAIMED, WRONG ADDRESSED or any other reason clearly showing that it's not by our fault - when we receive the goods, we will refund the amount of your order except shipping charges. Another option is reshipping your order for an additional shipping fee.
  • If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent to the customer at their expense.
  • Dispute/Chargeback
  • We are always here to assist you with any complaints or problems you may have with an order placed in our store. But we will not tolerate credit card chargebacks. Any customer attempting or threatening to do so will immediately be added to a negative database which is shared by thousands of merchants on the Internet. As a result you will not be able to purchase goods or services from said merchants in the future.

  • Equipment Warranties
  • Warranty on equipment purchased as provided by manufacturer. We honor manufacture warranties for parts (not labor) for a period of one year from date of purchase.
  • Cheap-Coffee-Online.Com expressly disclaims liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by machines or merchandise. The terms "incidental damages" refer to the loss of the original purchaser's time, loss of the use of the products or other costs relating to the care and custody of a machine or product. The terms "consequential damages" refer to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when this machine or product does not work properly. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • Taxes
  • Taxes may apply for SOME merchandise in certain states:
    - Florida: 6.0%
    - California: current California State rate on the sale price plus a mark-up of 10%
