Our Chinese White Pekoe tea comes from a small 2-acre farm in the Fujian Province of China. To make an exceptional cup of White Tea, start with two teaspoons of loose-leaf tea per 8oz. of fresh water. Bring water to a rolling boil, remove from heat and wait one minute before adding the leaves to steep. Then, steep for 5-8 minutes.
